Nice rebuilt parts, but missing a built in part.
"I have the classic 35633 and it has been my favorite grill for several years until the unavoidable rust took over, parts that rusted and I wish they were made in stainless steel are the cart base, the firebox (specifically the bottom area were the burners seat) and also the catch removable pan as all of it is made of galvanized steel instead of stainless steel, firebox is stainless steel but still got rusted. I always have the grill cover on to avoid quick deterioration, now I decided to order the two main components on my beloved grill instead of buying a new one as there too many good parts left on this grill and I'm glad I did because I can have my grill back without the expense of buying a new one. Monument grills is an awesome company and when you contact them, they have real people to answer all your questions instead of a bogus toll free number and that is a plus in my book! Sadly after I was done with the rebuilt and I was going to install the final part (grill lid cover) I found that there wasn't a place to install the right bolt as the rivnut was missing, so the lid is hold by the left side only. So I contacted customer support and they told me they were to send that and the six control knobs as I told customer service that I was going to order those and they could ship everything together, they offered to send them for free since the mishap of the rivnut. But 13 days later and nothing in the mail yet, not sure what happened but I still unable to secure the lid cover and I have no control knobs as I already disposed the old ones. I'm a mechanical engineer and I do understand errors happen on any build and so in the communication with different departments, I will contact them today and hopefully all this gets resolve so I can finally use my favorite grill safely. Overall I will buy from Monument grill again due to easy to find replacement parts and a real customer service department."
