I had called to ask what I needed to do because the burners on the grill wear not working. The teck said it was a valve and to get customer service. Called them told them what the teck had said and they said not a problem. They said they would send a email to let me know what was going to happen. That same day got the email stating that my NEW fire box was on its way. Got the box in two days, put it in and it is better than the original one.
