"Grill is an excellent value . Recommend professional assembly . Also grill runs very hot . I set at high settings to get a fantastic sear to start and then move all controls to the lowest as well as shutting some controls off to lower the cooking temp, based on what I’m cooking. Recommend using temperature to regulate the heat. Do not leave unattended . This grill is great if you watch and time cook the food you’re cooking . Also line the drip pan with heavy duty foil to make clean up easy . The glass viewer gets Smokey easy and an easy way to clean is steel wool and a touch of degreaser on the pad. Makes clean up easy. I had a problem with the rotisserie unit and customer service replaced asap . When using the rotisserie you will need to remove the grated for the chicken to clear for rotation. Please also make sure the spigot is seated into the motor all the way so the weight of the food properly makes the full rotation. I Recommend this grill if your a serious griller"
