"Missing part (natural gas orifice) was replaced promptly, but I have not installed it, due to the weather not cooperating. I assume it will work properly. I was initially not pleased that I needed to jump through a few hoops for such a small part. The grills are made and packed in China. The Chinese never make mistakes? I'm the consumer I should not be questioned about a missing orifice; I'm not asking that the grill be replaced."
