Great grill! Excellent customer service. Don’t buy ffrom anyone else but Monument Grills!!!

I recently purchased a monument grill and the one stainless steel door on the front of the grill had a dent on the bottom and did not have handles for the door. I do not know if the dent happened at the store where I bought it or in shipping. Also, it was a assembled display model as it was the last one they had. Long story short, I went online and ordered the door and handle as a warranty claim. They replaced everything wit no questions asked and did it promptly. I'm extremely happy to know that they back the product so well. AS for the grill itself. It's a well engineered product with some very nice features not seen on most grills. I'm very pleased with this company and the product..

When my Monument grill was delivered I saw that the right door was bent on the top left corner. I called customer service and they took care of me without any issue. Great service and very quick.

Grill arrives with 4 panels bent. Unable to assemble. Notified company and was sent panels.2 of the 4 were bent. Received another shipment of panels and was able to assemble grill. Finally using grill and its great.

I can't believe how affordable the door was and it took me 30 seconds to swap out. My grill looks like new again!
