--1 Heart of Romaine
--½ Cup Shaved Parmesan
--½ Cup Low-calorie Caesar Dressing
--2 Slices of Italian Bread (optional)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to 400° F.
2.Season the chicken breasts with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
3.Place the chicken directly on the grill grates and cook for approximately 7 minutes.
4.Cut the lettuce in two lengthwise and wash thoroughly.
5.Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes until IT reaches 165° F.
6.Meanwhile, place the lettuce halves directly on the grill grates and cook for 2-3 minutes until desired char is established. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
OPTIONAL: Toast the slices of bread directly on the grill for 1 minute on each side.
7.Remove the chicken, allow it to rest and then cut into thin slices.
8.Assemble the salad with the lettuce, a drizzle of dressing, parmesan cheese, and the sliced chicken.
9.Serve with the toasted bread and enjoy.
