KETO PINEAPPLE SALSA BURGERS
Burgers:
(3)lbs burger, made into 1/3lb patties
(1) Head of romaine lettuce
(1) Tomato, sliced
(6) Slices of Provolone Cheese
(1) White onion, caramelized
Pineapple Habanero Salsa:
(1) Pineapple, chunked
(3) Tomatoes
(1/2) Purple onion, sliced
(1/4) TBSP Garlic
(1) Bunch of cilantro
(2) Limes, squeezed
(1/2) Habanero, seeded
Salt, Pepper to taste
1. To make salsa, combine all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency
2. Heat your Monument Grills up to Medium (or about 325°)
3. Season burger patties with Monument Grills Beef Seasoning
4. Grab someone to share the grilling experience with
5. Cook burgers until 160° IT
6. Turn off heat and add provolone slices
7. Complete burger by combing lettuce (for a bun), patty, tomato slices, grilled onions, salsa and top off with another lettuce slice.
