KETO PINEAPPLE SALSA BURGERS Burgers: (3)lbs burger, made into 1/3lb patties(1) Head of romaine lettuce(1) Tomato, sliced(6) Slices of Provolone Cheese(1) White onion, caramelizedPineapple Habanero Salsa:(1) Pineapple, chunked(3) Tomatoes(1/2) Purple onion, sliced(1/4) TBSP Garlic(1) Bunch of cilantro(2) Limes, squeezed(1/2) Habanero, seededSalt, Pepper to taste1. To make salsa, combine all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency2. Heat your Monument Grills up to Medium (or about 325°)3. Season burger patties with Monument Grills Beef Seasoning4. Grab someone to share the grilling experience with5. Cook burgers until 160° IT6. Turn off heat and add provolone slices7.
