Kielbasa Breakfast Scramble

Enjoy a hearty egg dish for breakfast with kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions, sure to fill you up before you start your day

Ingredients 

  • 1 Kielbasa Sausage
  • ¼ Cup Diced Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup Diced Onion
  • ½ Cup Diced Tomatoes 
  • 4 Eggs Beaten 
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub 

Preparation

  1. Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Cast Iron Cooking Plate
  2. Preheat Monument Smart Denali 425 grill to 400° F.
  3. Oil the Round Cast Iron Cooking Plate. Add diced onions and diced peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, place the Kielbasa Sausage directly on the grill grates.  Cook for 3 minutes or until the desired char is reached. Flip and cook the other side until charred.
  5. Remove the Kielbasa Sausage from the grill and slice.
  6. Add tomatoes to the cooking plate. Mix with other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
  7. Add sausage to the vegetables and then pour beaten eggs over the mixture.
  8. Season with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.
  9. Stir until eggs have set.
  10. Top with shredded cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
  11. Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
