Kielbasa Breakfast Scramble
Enjoy a hearty egg dish for breakfast with kielbasa, bell peppers, and onions, sure to fill you up before you start your day
Ingredients
- 1 Kielbasa Sausage
- ¼ Cup Diced Bell Pepper
- ¼ Cup Diced Onion
- ½ Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 4 Eggs Beaten
- 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub
Preparation
- Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Cast Iron Cooking Plate.
- Preheat Monument Smart Denali 425 grill to 400° F.
- Oil the Round Cast Iron Cooking Plate. Add diced onions and diced peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place the Kielbasa Sausage directly on the grill grates. Cook for 3 minutes or until the desired char is reached. Flip and cook the other side until charred.
- Remove the Kielbasa Sausage from the grill and slice.
- Add tomatoes to the cooking plate. Mix with other vegetables and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add sausage to the vegetables and then pour beaten eggs over the mixture.
- Season with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.
- Stir until eggs have set.
- Top with shredded cheese and cook until the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
