Labor Day Must-Try Juicy Chicken

This rotisserie chicken came off the grill juicy, crispy, and packed with flavor thanks to the Monument Grills Eminence 605.

Ingredients

-4 to 5 pound chicken.
-2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning for chicken.
-3 to 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary.
-8 oz stick of butter.
-3 cloves of garlic smashed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.Using butcher twine, tie the legs together and tie the wings tight to the chicken.
2.Get the chicken on the rotisserie skewer.
3.Season the chicken with some of the BBQ seasoning.
4.Get the rotisserie into the motor on the Eminence 605.
5.Fire the back sear burner and the two outermost burners.
6.Turn the rotisserie motor on and shut the lid.
7.Add the butter, the rest of the BBQ seasoning and the garlic to a little pan.
8.Using the bunch of rosemary, as the chicken cooks, brush the butter mix over the chicken every 10 minutes or so.
9.Cook the chicken until it hits 165F in the thickest part of the breast.
10.Remove from the grill and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
11.Slice or portion the chicken, serve and enjoy!
