Reverse-seared Ribeye Steak

 The reverse sear is definitely the king of steak cooking methods. 🥩🧄🔥

Ready in 2 hours  Serves 2 people


Ingredients:

● 1 Large Ribeye Steak

● Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to Taste

● 3 Tbs Butter


Preparation:

1. Preheat the Monument Grills-24367 gas grill to 275° F for indirect cooking.

2. Season all sides of the ribeye steak with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.

3. Place the ribeye steak directly on the grill grate away from the heat.

4. Once the IT of your steak is 15° F below the desired temperature (105° F for rare, 115°F for medium rare, 125° F for medium, or 135° F for medium well), start up the sear station on high.

5. Move the ribeye steak to the sear station and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.

6. Remove the ribeye steak and rest on a cutting board with slices of butter. Tent with foil and allow to rest.

7. Slice, serve, and enjoy.
