Just got to cook on the Denali 605- awesome experience! I seared 2 rib eyes on the IR side burner, loaded 12 wings on the warming rack, grilled peppers and onions on the griddle, smoked 4 chicken breasts, cooked 6 ears of corn in the husks and smashed 12 burger sliders! This thing is an outdoor cooking beast!
