Andouille Mac n' Cheese Smash Burger
Ingredients
- 80% lean /20% fat Ground Chuck
- Andouille
- Muenster cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Large elbow macaroni
- Smoked gouda cheese
- Heavy cream
- Pretzel bun
- Salt
- Pepper
Instruction
- Large elbow macaroni cooked and mixed with shredded cheese, heavy cream, and smoked gouda.
- 80%lean /20% fat Ground Chuck rolled into 1/4lb balls.
- Monument 6 burner with cast iron skillet heated to medium high heat.
- Non skillet burner set to medium heat.
- While Grilling andouille on medium burner, place beef balls on skillet and smash down with heavy spatula and season with salt and pepper.
- Flip them and grill other side.
- Once all is cooked, slice andouille, toast pretzel bun, place muenster cheese on one patty and cheddar on another patty.
- Stack on bun the burger, then andouille, then burger, andouille and top with mac n' Cheese.
Bacon Egg Jalapeño Burger
Ingredients:
- 80% lean /20% fat Ground Chuck
- Bacon
- Egg
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle powder
- 2 heaping tablespoons Mayo
- Jalapeño
- Pretzel bun
- Salt
- Pepper
Instruction
- 80%lean /20% fat Ground Chuck rolled into 1/4lb balls.
- Monument 6 burner with cast iron skillet heated to medium high heat.
- Non skillet burner set to medium heat.
- While Grilling andouille on medium burner, place beef balls on skillet and smash down with heavy spatula and season with salt and pepper.
- Flip them and grill other side.
- While burgers are cooking, cook bacon and fry an egg on skillet.
- Toast pretzel bun.
- Mix 2 heaping tablespoons of Mayo with 1 tablespoon Chipotle powder.
- Slice fresh Jalapeño.
- Place muenster cheese on both burger patties.
- Spread Chipotle Mayo on bun, stack burger patties topped with bacon, jalapeños, and fried egg.
