Dijonnaise Egg Burger

Ingredients

●1 Pound Ground Beef

●2 Hamburger Buns

●4 Slices American Cheese

●2 Eggs

●¼ Cup of Mayonnaise

●2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 350°F.

2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal patties.

3. Place the burgers directly on the grill grates. Season with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.

4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to create the dijonnaise sauce.

5. Cook the burger patties for 5 minutes and then flip. Top with cheese and cook for an additional 5 minutes until IT reaches 165°F.

6. If desired, toast your buns directly on the grill grates until desired doneness.

7. Start up the side burner on medium-low heat.

8. In a skillet on the side burner, crack the eggs and season with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.

9. Cook until the egg reaches the desired doneness.

10. Assemble the burger with the bottom bun, dijonnaise sauce, two burger patties, an egg, and the top bun.
