1 Pound Colossal Shrimp

¼ cup of Olive Oil
Shrimp Sauce Ingredients:

1 Cup of Mayonnaise

¼ Cup of Ketchup

3 Tbs of Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub
Preparation:

Preheat the 41847NG gas grill to 400°F.

In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, ketchup, Monument Grills Texas Hot Pepper Sauce, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate while cooking the shrimp.

In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub. Toss until the shrimp is evenly coated.

Place the shrimp on skewers one by one.

Cook the shrimp directly on the grill grates for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
