Get ready to make a mouthwatering, smoky-flavored rack of ribs with your trusted gas grill.

Preparation:

  1. Soak smoking wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat Red 35633 gas grill to 250°F.
  3. Season both sides of the ribs with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.
  4. Fill the smoker box with soaked wood chips and place the smoker box on the grill.
  5. Add the rack of ribs to the grill.
  6. At the 4-hour mark, use a basting brush to coat both sides of the ribs with Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 hours.
  8. Remove from the grill and allow to rest.
