Ingredients

--2 Tomahawk Pork Chops

--¼ Cup Honey Mustard

--⅓ Cup Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce

--Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub to Taste

--Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to Taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.Preheat your grill to 400° F.
2.Season all sides of the pork chops with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.
3.Place the pork chops directly on the grates. Cook for approximately 7 min and then flip.
4.In a small bowl, mix honey mustard and BBQ sauce until well combined.
5.Use a basting brush to apply the glaze onto both sides of the pork chops.
6.Continue cooking until IT reaches 135°F.
7.Start up the side infrared burner on High. Sear the chops for 1-2 minutes on each side until desired crust is established. Pork is fully cooked when IT reaches 145°F.
8.Remove from the grill, and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with additional honey mustard BBQ sauce.
