Hot Honey Pork Chops

This quick 20-minute recipe serves up tender chops coated in a mouthwatering glaze made with just a few simple ingredients like honey and hot sauce. The side burner came in clutch for whipping up that hot honey glaze!

Ingredients

●2 Thick Cut Pork Chops

●2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

●½ Cup Hot Honey

●¼ Cup Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce

●Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 400° F.

2. Season all sides of the pork chops with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.

3. Place the pork chops directly on the grates. Cook for approximately 7 min and then flip.

4. In a medium skillet, melt butter. Add hot honey and Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce. Reduce until the sauce turns to a thick glaze.

5. Use a basting brush to apply the glaze onto both sides of the pork chops.

6. Continue cooking until IT reaches 145°F.

7. Remove from the grill, and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving with additional hot honey sauce.
