Rotisserie Brown Sugar Cinnamon Pineapple
The best-enjoyed pineapple dessert on a hot summer! Each mouthful is a delightful surprise.

1 Pineapple

½ Cup Brown Sugar

1 tsp Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove the top and bottom of the pineapple with a sharp knife. Then peel the sides by cutting in strips from top to bottom.

Skewer the pineapple onto the rotisserie spit.

Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle on all sides of the pineapple, slowly spinning the rotisserie spit.

Cook for approximately 45 min until golden brown.

Rest, slice, and serve as is or as a compliment to other dishes.
