BBQ Chicken Rollups 

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Baking Stone accessory. 
  2. Preheat your Monument grill to 400° F.
  3. Season both sides of the chicken thighs with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
  4. Place the chicken thighs directly on the grill grates. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 5 minutes until IT reaches 165°F.
  5. Remove chicken thighs from the grill and dice.
  6. Roll out your crescent or pizza dough. Use a spoon to evenly spread BBQ Sauce and Ranch Dressing over the dough. Top the dough with cheese, chicken, and red onions.
  7. Reduce the heat of the grill to 300° F.
  8. Roll the dough into a log and then slice into 8 even pieces. Place each roll onto the baking stone and cook for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove and drizzle additional BBQ Sauce on top.
