BBQ Chicken Rollupsย

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Boneless Chicken Thighs
- ย ยผ Cup Sliced Red Onion
- 2 Cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 Tube Refrigerated Crescents or Pizza Crust
- ย ยผ Cup Ranch Dressing
- ยผ Cup Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce
- Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub to Taste

Preparation
- Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Baking Stone accessory.ย
- Preheat your Monument grill to 400ยฐ F.
- Season both sides of the chicken thighs with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
- Place the chicken thighs directly on the grill grates. Cook for approximately 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 5 minutes until IT reaches 165ยฐF.
- Remove chicken thighs from the grill and dice.
- Roll out your crescent or pizza dough. Use a spoon to evenly spread BBQ Sauce and Ranch Dressing over the dough. Top the dough with cheese, chicken, and red onions.
- Reduce the heat of the grill to 300ยฐ F.
- Roll the dough into a log and then slice into 8 even pieces. Place each roll onto the baking stone and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove and drizzle additional BBQ Sauce on top.
