Bone-In Pork Chops


Ready in 30 minutes  Serves 4 people

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Remove the round grill grate and insert the Round Diamond Grid

2. Preheat your Monument grill to 400° F.

3. Season both sides of the pork chops with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.

4. Place the pork chops directly on the diamond grill grates

5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and maple syrup.

6. Flip the pork chops after approximately 5 minutes of cooking and use a basting brush to apply the soy/maple sauce.

7. Cook the other side for an additional 3 minutes until IT reaches 145°F.

8. Remove from the grill and allow to rest before serving.
