Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings 



  1. Preheat your Monument grill to 400° F.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken wings with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
  3. Place the chicken wings directly on the grill grates. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Flip and continue cooking.
  4. Meanwhile, start up the side burner on the lowest heat setting.
  5. In a small saucepan on the side burner, melt the butter. Add garlic, and 1 Tbsp parsley and mix well. Turn off the burner.
  6. Once the chicken wings have reached 180° F IT, remove them from the grill.
  7. Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour the melted butter over the wings and toss. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and remaining 1 Tbsp parsley over the wings and toss to coat well.
  8. Serve immediately.
