Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds of Chicken Wings
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)
- ⅓ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub to Taste
Preparation
- Preheat your Monument grill to 400° F.
- Season both sides of the chicken wings with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.
- Place the chicken wings directly on the grill grates. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Flip and continue cooking.
- Meanwhile, start up the side burner on the lowest heat setting.
- In a small saucepan on the side burner, melt the butter. Add garlic, and 1 Tbsp parsley and mix well. Turn off the burner.
- Once the chicken wings have reached 180° F IT, remove them from the grill.
- Place the cooked wings in a large bowl. Pour the melted butter over the wings and toss. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and remaining 1 Tbsp parsley over the wings and toss to coat well.
- Serve immediately.
