😋Grilled Marinated Chicken Skewers Recipe🍗

Fire up the grill and try this flavorful recipe for marinated chicken skewers. Tender and juicy, these grilled chicken skewers are perfect for a summer barbecue or weeknight dinner.

🥪Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Wooden or metal skewers

    🤔Instructions:

    • In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
    • Add the chicken to the marinade and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.
    • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    • Thread the chicken onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
    • Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.

    👨‍🍳👨‍🍳Tips:

    • Use the right cuts: Choose bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces for the juiciest and most flavorful results. Thighs, drumsticks, and wings are excellent choices for grilling.

    • Season the chicken: Before grilling, season the chicken with a mix of salt, pepper, and your favorite spices or herbs. Be sure to season both sides of the chicken pieces.
    • Preheat the grill: Make sure your grill is preheated before adding the chicken. This will help to create a sear on the chicken and lock in the juices.
