If you only make one pie this year…

By Eto IG-@Eto_87

There’s no Thanksgiving without pie, and this lemon peach pie is a great way to round out your dessert table and expand your offerings beyond the traditional😋.

Bottom of the Pan
1/2 cup melted butter

1 28 oz cans of sliced peaches, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 Lemmon

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup room temperature milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preheat your grill or oven to 350 degrees. I'm using my 22in 85030 Deluxe Pellet Grill.

  • Mix filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  • Mix batter ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
  • In a large cast iron skillet pour in the melted butter.
  • Over the butter spread the batter, but DO NOT STIR, now over the batter gently pour on the filling.
  • Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
  • Let it cool off for about 1/2 hour before eating.

Hi, for this recipe do you cut the peaches or leave them whole? And for the lemon, do you squeeze the juice out of it or put lemon pieces in the filling?
