Rotisserie Baby Back Ribs

Preparation

  1. Preheat your grill to 300°F using the outside burners on high and the interior burners off.
  2. Skewer the ribs onto the rotisserie spit by pushing the skewer between every 3-4 bones. This will create an S shape out of the ribs.
  3. Rub both sides of the ribs with yellow mustard.
  4. Season both sides of the ribs with Monument Grills Texas Pork Rub.
  5. Insert the rotisserie spit in the rotisserie motor and turn it on.
  6. Cook for approximately 2 ½ hours until the meat starts pulling back from the bones.
  7. Using a basting brush, apply Monument Grills Texas Sweet BBQ Sauce to all sides of the ribs.
  8. Continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes until the sauce has formed a sticky glaze.
  9. Remove from the grill and allow to rest. Remove from the rotisserie spit and serve.
