Rotisserie Prime Rib With Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

●1 Prime Rib Roast

●¼ Cup Sour Cream

●¼ Cup Mayonnaise

●2 Tbsp Horseradish

●Salt to Taste

●Pepper to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 250°F.

2. Heavily season all sides of the roast with salt and pepper.

3. Skewer the roast onto the rotisserie spit. Insert the rotisserie spit in the rotisserie motor and turn it on.

4. Cook until IT reaches 120°F. Approximately 1.5-2 hours, but will depend on the size of the roast.

5. Remove from the grill and start up the side sear burner on High.

6. Place the roast on the sear burner and rotate every 1-2 minutes to get a good sear on all sides.

7. Remove from the grill and rest for 20 min.

8. While the roast is resting, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish.

9. Slice the roast, serve, and enjoy.
