Spicy Chicken Dip

Ingredients

●2 Boneless Chicken Breasts

●2 x 8 oz Bricks of Cream Cheese

●2 Cups Shredded Co-jack Cheese

●½ Cup Sour Cream

●½ Cup Mayonnaise

●1 x 8 oz Can Green Chiles

●2 Jalapenos (diced)

●1 Cup Breadcrumbs

●½ Stick Butter (melted)

●Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 400° F.

2. Season the chicken breasts with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.

3. Place the chicken directly on the grill grates and cook for approximately 7 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 7 minutes until IT reaches 165° F.

4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it cool.

5. While the chicken is cooling, add cream cheese, shredded cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapenos, and green chiles to a foil pan.

6. Dice the chicken and add to the pan with other ingredients. Place the pan on the grill and close the lid. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, mix the melted butter and bread crumbs in a small bowl.

8. Stir the dip to mix all ingredients, then sprinkle the breadcrumb and butter mixture over the top. Season to taste with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub. Close the lid and cook for an additional 15 minutes until bubbling.

9. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables, and enjoy with your tailgate friends.
