Try these Thai Sweet Chili Wings to treat your taste buds!

They’re perfect for a simple yet flavorful weeknight meal tonight!

Ingredients

●1 Pound Chicken Wings

●½ Cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

●1 Green Onion (sliced)

●Juice from 1 Lime

●Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 400°F.

2. Season both sides of the chicken wings with Monument Grills Texas Chicken Rub.

3. Place the chicken wings directly on the grill grates. Cook for approximately 15 minutes. Flip and continue cooking.

4. Once the chicken wings have reached 180°F IT, remove from the grill.

5. In a medium bowl, toss the wings, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice.

6. Return the wings to the grill for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce and add a char to the wings.

7. Remove from the grill and top with sliced green onions.
