Garlic Butter Smoked Prime Rib

  • 8-10 lbs Beef Prime Rib
  • 16 ounces softened butter
  • 8 gloves garlic
  • 2 springs rosemary
  • 2 springs thyme 
  • 2 teaspoons Monument & Country Dady Beef Rubs





Preheat your grills to 300℉.
2. Trim any loose fat or meat from the rib roast.
3. Rub the beef base all over the roast, then season with beef rubs, minced garlic and fresh herbs.
4. Smoke the roast to an internal temp. of 130℉ (about 3 hours).
5. Allow the roast to rest for 20-30 minutes prior to slicing.
