    Repl bottom panel for 5yr old grill

    The bottom panel rusted out on my 5 year old grill. It was easy enough to order replacement online with some help. Maybe the grill will last for another 5 years if I covered it up.

    Damaged product - poor instructions

    Grill cover and base both came bent beyond use. Monument did replace the parts but it was a bit of a pain in the neck.
    The assembly instructions were missing pictures (figures 1 & 2) so I had to guess at what I needed to do. In addition, there were a number of times the assembly is in the wrong order. Things that should have been done first were not in the instructions until later making assembly more difficult than it needed to be.

    Replacement was shipped the next day, arrived in perfect condition and went together easily. Great company, others should follow your example. The only suggestion on your instructions is with the inserts for the door handles. I got done and wondered why the package was left over. I searched the book looking for the picture and instructions.
