What do you use for your BBQ seasoning?

Our delicious sauce and rub are versatile and they can be used as a marinade, glaze, dipping, finishing sauce or even for food on the grill. All with the fresh ingredients and amazing smoking flavor!

Can I replace my regular burner with a blade-infrared burner?

Making unauthorized changes to the burner's power may lead to localized overheating, posing risks, and voiding the grill's warranty.

Can I use screws from the hardware store instead of the ones sold on your website?

YES! Screws of the same type can be used in general.

What's the USB port for?

Our grills that have the USB port are for the USB Light that comes with some and can be added to others. It can also power the Monument Grills Bluetooth Thermometer. Other accessories that you may have that come with a USB cord may be plugged in as well.

"This item came quickly and was exactly what I needed. It is solid and it will extend my grill life by another 5-10 years. It isn't easy to install when you are replacing the previous one - but it isn't MEANT to be easy to install. You will have to take apart and unscrew a lot of bolts and make sure you have solid support, because the entire grill cabinet will come apart when you remove this. However, the product is extremely well made and I had no problems with the installation once I took the top part of the grill off."

"I love my monument grill. This is the third one I had in the last 10 years. Everything cooks to perfection and it beats many others a lot more expensive. The rotisserie is fantastic and cooks the whole chicken much better than any other grill. I use that grill 9 days a week, lol. Very healthy cooking and once in a blue moon I might try fried fish or fried chicken on the outside burner in order to have my house free of heavy odors that the chicken or fish leave behind. "These are the best gas grills out there at any price but these are priced pretty reasonably, well built, easy to assemble with simple instructions. The base of my grill was damaged by UPS contacted monument via email and had a tracking number for a replacement within an hour received it 3 days later great customer service."

Wrong one received

"We received an incorrect size of base for our Monument Grill. It is a Mesa 400m. This was supposed to replace the original base that was dented when we opened the box with the original order. Please help. The grill itself is amazing! We purchased it for our son and now my husband now wants one to replace his existing pellet grill."
