Steaks & Eggs

My morning is off to a great start, hope yours is too!

Ingredients

●Filet Mignon Steaks
●4 Eggs
●2 Tbsps Olive Oil
●Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill with all burners on High including the Broil Zone burner.

2. Season both sides of the steaks with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.

3. Place the steaks directly on the grates over the Broil Zone burner.

4. Flip the steaks once the desired grill marks are achieved. Continue cooking until IT reaches the target temperature.

5. Remove from the grill, and allow to rest.

6. While the steaks are resting, turn on the side burner at High heat. Place a medium skillet on the side burner, and add olive oil to the pan.

7. Once the oil is hot, crack the eggs into the pan, season with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub, and reduce heat to Low.

8. Turn off the burner once the eggs are fully cooked.

9. Slice the steaks, place over the eggs, and serve directly from the pan.
