Tilapia With Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

●3 Tilapia Loins

●1 Large Avocado (diced)

●2 Cups Diced Tomatoes

●½ Cup Diced Red Onion

●¼ Cup Diced Jalapenos

●¼ Cup Chopped Cilantro

●Juice from 1 Lime

●Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

1. Preheat your grill to 400° F.

2. Season the tilapia on both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Place the tilapia directly on the grates.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the salsa by combining the avocado, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice. Salt and pepper to taste.

5. After 4-5 minutes, flip the tilapia and continue cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes.
Remove the tilapia from the grill and top with the avocado salsa.
